Based in Co. Down, behind the Mournes we are A & L Dog Training. At A & L, we call it 'dog' training, as 'canine' seems a bit...serious. One thing we are passionate about is training, supporting dogs and their humans to learn everything from basic manners to tricks, and also recondition behaviours that are out of place. We teach and support both humans and dogs so that the entire pack is on the same page!

With a BSc in Psychology, experience with dog charities, and ongoing education in canine behaviour and welfare, as well as experience with our own pets, we have a great foundation in supporting dogs and their owners no matter what the issues. We are flexible in the terms of venue and time, but we do like to see the dog in their own environment for the consultation.

As we are just starting out, our rates are reduced for a short time only!
Puppy Classes will be starting early 2024, but can do 1-2-1 training no problem.

Please contact us for questions or appointments. Generally consultations last an hour and a half. Puppy consultations/training are 45 minutes. Other consultations/training can be assessed and priced upon receipt of some details.
